Brandon Cruz has become a familiar name back in the days for his role as Eddie Corbett in the popular sitcom The Courtship of Eddie’s Father, which ran from 1969 to 1972. He grew up under the tutelage of his on-screen father, Bill Bixby, which he gave credit to when he was older. Ever since his stint with the sitcom, Cruz had a love-hate relationship with Hollywood because he felt that the latter turned their back on Bixby by not giving him his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Later on, the actor faced some personal struggles, but has managed to turn his life around thanks to surfing and punk rock. He also worked in a rehab center where he has also helped other celebrities get over their addiction. Nowadays, Cruz is busy being a dad and, of course, getting a star for Bill Bixby, which he hoped he could get with a GoFundMe page.
